HERBAL SCAM
Any website blog or social media page mentioning Parkinson’s is likely to receive comments from alleged Parkinson’s patients or spouses of Parkinson’s patients claiming to have found herbal remedies that completely reverse the disease.
Many of the alleged writers have African-sounding names, although there have been some “Margarets” and “Freds”. Whatever the name shown, the person does not exist.
The comments or posts will all contain words like this “after talking a lot of medication our doctor ask us to start on Tree of life Health Clinic Parkinson's Disease Herbal mixture, 1 month into treatment she improved dramatically. At the end of the full treatment course, the disease is totally under control. No case of dementia, hallucination, weakness, muscle pain or tremors. all thanks to Tree of Life Clinic, Visit Tree of life Health Clinic website ww w.treeoflifeherbalclinic. com She is strong again and able to go about daily activities” (this is a direct copy from one of the posts) and, as you can see, will indicate a company producing these allegedly wonderful herbs.
WARNING! This is a total scam. The alleged company does have a good-looking website, but links lead nowhere. I have attempted to communicate with them, asking for more details of the herbal formula so I can promote or recommend them, but without any response.
The scammers have sophisticated algorithms that select sites mentioning Parkinson’s, them they use robotocised posting software to bombard those sites with these alleged letters.
Patients who have succumbed to the scam and ordered the herbs have lost their money and are unable to gain any response from the company.
Please don’t be fooled. This is a scam seeking to extract money from vulnerable people desperate for any hope.
